The medical team is great but the reception team is very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional! Two out of three, involved themselves in a conversation with me without asking. They shouted at me and talked in a very rude and unfriendly way in response to my polite and friendly request for checking if my insurance card was at their desk?!! Never had such an experience before!

TOP ARZT!!! Super professioneller Arzt welcher sich sehr viel Zeit für seine Patienten nimmt und möglichst gründlich die Ursachen versucht zu finden und zu bekämpfen. Dabei erklärt er alles anschaulich echt der beste arzt für kinder!! Voll vertrauenswürdig und nett, top top top würde mehr als 5 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte!
