Dropped a trailer off at 4Pm on Thurs load was supposed to be ready Friday morning at 8Am came to warehouse next morning they told me that things changed and was not going to load until Monday morning, but they eventually loaded trailer Friday night and called after hours and told me they left bols in box on trailer come find out that was not correct so I got back to trailer at 230Am and realized No bols left so I had to wait until 830am until switcher came in so that he can find a way to get me some bols printed off. I would never come back here again to save my life. The shipping and receiving office is not knowledgeable of anything going on here and someone also backed into my trailer

This place is ok just as long as you make your appointment on time. You check in then they will check your trailer\inspection\ then you scale empty. after that they give you a door and they are pretty quick at getting you loaded. Once you are loaded you get a load ticket. You go back to the scale and scale ONE TANDEM AT A TIME... then the lady at the scale will give you your actual weight per axle and total. if everything is good you drive back to where you first checked in and they will give you your original b.o.l. and off you go.
