My fiancé and I felt very welcome. The staff was both incredibly friendly and competent. They answered all our questions, took a lot of time to help us and all in all it was a very plesant experience. I strongly recommend this boutique! Special thanks to Mr. Goldberg for incredible customer hospitality! We will definitely come back!

I stopped by here on a Wednesday morning and it was a lovely experience. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about their products, and this boutique offers a unique opportunity to see otherwise hard to find Rolex watches in person. There was no sales angle/expectation- so it’s a really fantastic opportunity to ask all the questions you want and not feel as if you’re wasting anyone’s time. Marvin was particularly friendly and helpful.

First of all, I must admit that I cannot understand most of the negative reviews here. In my opinion, the bad comments are a result of false expectations and a demanding attitude with which many customers enter the shop. My experiences with this boutique have been nothing but positive, the manager and his young team have always welcomed me with a great attitude. I have been to many shops before, especially watch boutiqes, but this one is for sure my go-to boutique and will be for a long time. Thanks to the whole team for all the nice chats and fun we had. Arrogant sales ever met in any watch stores in Stuttgart ( I mean the long hair skinny woman with a Hermès belt yeah I mean you ) totally ignore customers! And bad attitude ! Maybe I need to show my patek philippe on my wist first and she’ll treat me better . But listen If you a good sales, you need to learn something called manner and respect you customers! And another thing for Wempe:I am a customer Of you. And all personal there r all great .. but your manager team really don’t pay more attention on this Rolex store , right ?!

The salesman didn't bother asking us to have a seat. When we wanted to ask about the watch we want to buy the guy interrupted me and said they have whats displayed outside the boutique with an ugly smile on his face. We where willing to buy three watches from Rolex but not from that branch for sure.
