I called the Sat-Shop more than a month ago. We've agreed a date when would a technician come. No one came or called us. So I called them again to ask, maybe they simply forgot. But no. The man on the phone told me it is too cold outside for the installation of satellite. Ok. And then came the warmer days and they still didn't call us or say anything. I consider it unprofessional and disrespectful to a client.
