I had bad experience with EuropCar. They cancelled my booking one day before I had reserved a truck to collect huge boxes from Ikea and similar stores. At the customer service they could not speak English... hell! SIXT saved my day. I managed to book quickly and easily. At the reception they spoke clear and competent English and I got the keys literally in a couple of minutes. It was even cheaper than the deal I had made earlier with EuropCar. I'll go with SIXT again!
