I'd expect to get a clean car, but it was dusty and with leftovers from the previous ride. And you may also expect some troubles with parking. In general service is great.

You have to understand that even if you booked desired car by internet, you aren't always able to rent booked car. You have to choose a car again at rental shop. And, if available car was more expensive than booked car, you have to pay the difference of rental fee additionaly.

This was my first time renting a car at Sixt, everything went smooth, the guys at the branch were really helpful and polite. The car was perfect, no problems or issues whatsoever. I definetly recommend it to anyone planning to rent a car!

Very pleasant experienced so far. Rented two cars in two weeks, both were clean and the staff was nice. The app is also excellent. I will definitely continue to rent at Sixt.

Good customer care. The time of return was wrong, resulting in higher rent payable. However a request for correction was taken by brunch employee with care. Note that the vehicles are parked about a kilometer away. Takes 15mins to reach.
