Entered the store on a Wednesday, best time to shop by the way. My sons needed a full 3 piece suit. For the type of body my youngest son has, his was custom made. For custom made, it takes 3-5 weeks to have it all complete. Since I cannot be here in Germany, Mario said that mailing it to the states is free of charge (that’s wonderful)! The only thing when receiving in the mail, if the fitting needs fixing, I’ll have to bring it back to the store (suit supply company). My other son had to get his altered, and it takes another trip to pick up (that’s in 5 days). We were not able to pay and pick up same day. Maybe, if it was not a complicated fix to the suit, possibly. We just had to do another trip back, it takes days for a good fit when they had to adjust. They’ll ship it to your residence if same country, and in the states, that’s what great about it.

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. Came in with my family and Dijana didn’t hesitate to help along with her colleague Mario. Everything I ever wanted and looking for, they were able to reach my needs and beyond. For traveling 2 hours away to come here, I was not disappointed. Suitsupply truly lives up to their name for affordable and great quality suits. Looking forward to this weekend for pick up. My brother as well was very happy with Mario helping him choose a custom suit. Note to any Americans shopping here, they can ship to the USA and they accept VAT forms. I look forward to keep coming here until I part ways from Germany and can’t wait for my second suit.

This is the place if you need a great suit but don't want to spend a fortune. In the first step I selected the basic model from a large variety and standard sizes. They then took measurements for some alterations. After a week I could pick up the finished suit for about 350 Euro. Service was very helpful and friendly. Come during the week when it's not crowded.
