We wanted to open an account for the children: as soon as it became clear that we were not interested in a range of products that offered little value to us but extensive margin to the bank we were made feel that! Our rep made very transparent that we were 'below his cut'. The documentation was subsequently filled in haphazard and faulty and as soon as 'a dear friend' entered the location we simply vanished from his focus and were left standing mid transaction. All that happened was that we have been added to their call center list and are now contacted every other week to praise their service - luckily there is a good choice of banks in Staefa.
