I have gone to doctors appointments and been admitted into this hospital too many times than I want to mention, but I would never want to go anywhere else! Great doctors, great nurses, great staff, with exceptional service. As for the hospital itself, it is big and an ultra clean facility.

people are nice but they like to overcharge and add some hidden fee. example, wearing a normal G95 surgical mask and charge me N95 mask prices(9 staffs each),when we question them, the manager said they wearing 2 masks, N95 inside, G95 outside. they might be the first hospital in the world wearing double masks and think people won't able to tell the difference. we just paid and go. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience

I am an expat living in Bangkok and had a breast health scare recently. Dr. Shinawatt Visutdiphat M.D. was the Breast Surgeon I saw many times at Samitivej Srinakarin. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very kind. I was afraid, but he was strong and stable and helped me to stay calm. He took extremely great care of me and made sure to thoroughly research my issues to give me the best care. I appreciated that he didn't immediately resort to surgery, but tried a less-invasive approach that worked and saved me from having to have surgery. It was very comforting to have such a wonderful doctor here. I know I will be well taken care of if I ever need to see him again. Everyone I encountered from Dr. Shinawatt to the nurses and technicians in the Breast Center were very kind, very helpful and made me feel like I was important. Thank you!

I was here sine 8.00AM for annual health check up. This hospital keep me waiting quite long on each process and now 1.30PM but still waiting to see the doctor. NOT reccomend to visit unless you want to wasting your time to see the doctor.
