Everyone was great with everything, especially Victoria who went above and beyond to keep me updated on the service of my car, as well as finding me new parts and talking to John who also helped me out greatly as he looked up the parts for me that I needed. I went to Subaru in October 20020 (during the Pandemic) in search of a new Forester. Apparently, their cars are quite popular and they didn't even have any new Foresters in stock so I ended up driving a new Outback. I liked it but wasn't sure whether that was the car for me or not. The manager felt that I really NEEDED that test drive in a Forester so he managed somehow to get me in one (not for sale) anyway and by doing so, I discovered that the little Outback was the car for me! I ended up buying the one I test drove (2021) and have been in love with it ever since. The service department is wonderful and after upgrading the sound system (the ONLY thing lacking in my opinion), it is my new little SAFE, beautiful, ECONOMICAL darling. Everyone there is charming and friendly.

Victoria had been phenomenal! I was blessed to have been given 2 awesome people to assist me for my Subaru Service. First it was Randall months ago and then there's Victoria who went above and beyond making sure that I went home happy and satisfied. I know from a person who also gives CARE and help people out by profession but it meant a whole new thing being the recipient and experiencing an outstanding service. Keep doing what you are doing Victoria! I was beyond words that I want to put you in my pocket and take you home...lol THANKS also to the people who fixed my car and made sure it's well conditioned ready again for another joyful and safe ride. incredible service, incredible staff especially Jeff in sales. Took care of everything for us, gave us a great deal especially after we looked at a bunch of deals for the same car in the area. Went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car and the purchase. Highly recommend coming here if you looking to buy a great reliable car for a reasonable price.
