This place is one of the most charming places I've ever been. It's amazing, an authentic jewel of the late nineteenth century surrounded by nature and spectacular views. After some beautiful stairs, there's a fantastic place with original decoration of the early twentieth century, modernist style, which, added to a careful treatment, gives a special charm to everything. The attention to detail does not stop only in the place, but also in the food quality and the friendly treatment of the staff. The food is up to the place; an amazing homemade product like I've never tried before. The food was taken care of and indulged to the last detail, everything on it was delicious and had an insuperable quality. A hidden and unknown place to eat and have a luxurious time that is worth visiting if you go to Italy. In addition, you can complete the tour by visiting the Sacro Speco Monastery before or after the restaurant. It is also a place out of this world. It is a day to never forget.

We went to Subiaco end of October 2019 with my cousins and stayed at Belvedere. We were assigned rooms up the hill which had spectacular sights. The owner Fabrizio came with his cart and brought our luggages to our room. The rooms were clean and good size. In between the rooms was a lounge area with sofa & table so we could socialize & eat. Fabrizio offered to bring our breakfast up in the morning but we chose to eat in the main dining room which was full of history. The food was spectacular and so much and making that decision allowed us to have great discussions every morning with Fabrizio. If we needed something made to meet our diets Fabrizio accommodated us. We were only in Subiaco for 3 days and disappointed because we should had scheduled ourselves for at least five or more. We didn’t want to leave. There was so much to see and do. The people were friendly, the restaurants were appetizing and the sites were breathtaking. We will return to Subiaco again and we will stay at Belvedere too! Thank you Fabrizio & Belvedere staff for your Hospitality!️

Very accommodating hosts, Fabrizio and Antonella. A bit of a hike, 1 km from the bus terminal. Panoramic views from the restaurant and rooms. Wi-Fi in restaurant area but none in rooms. TV. Good food. Free breakfast with stay. Relatively close to Monastero di San Benedetto and Sta Scolastica.

Posto con bella vista. Oggi al sole di mezzogiorno si stava fuori un incanto. Fettuccine al cinghiale e pasta ai porcini spettacolare. Per non parlare del brasato al vino, e galletto eccellenti. Metto 4 stelle solo per i concorni di verdure ripassate e all'agro che erano troppo cotti, ma può succedere e per il servizio un po' lentino ma squisitamente gentile. Per il resto se ripassiamo da quelle parti ci torneremo molto volentieri. La cucina merita...
