You know it already that you're hearing is not what it used to be. You know it and others around you know it. And they are wondering why you are not admitting you need help with hearing. You're starting to check out of conversations, giving up on trying to have conversations. You may be taking more to control the conversation, so you don't have to try and hear questions. These are signs of hearing loss. And it is affecting every part of your life, your job, relationships, emotional health, safety and more. I waited too long to get hearing devices and then, when I got them, I realized how much I had been missing and how much others were tolerating my asking \what?!\ a million times. Dr. Karen and the team are excellent at finding the right approach for those of us suffering hearing loss and the societal challenges and stigmas that go with wearing devices. They know their craft and you will walk out of their office a different person--a renewed human! Stop blaming others for not talking loud enough. Stop asking people to repeat themselves for you because your hearing has been compromised. Show others you care about them and about your health and get your hearing checked by Suburban Hearing Services. I did and and will continue to refer everybody I know that needs help. Russ Riendeau

Very friendly personnel. Thorough test and professional presentation of the findings. The possible options to address my loss. Presented with the pros and cons of options and how they would actually work. There was NO pressure to purchase anything. Very pleased. Now for annual screening to monitor condition and decide when is the right time to take action.

The staff at Suburban Hearing Services are the best. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Karen Glay makes you feel so comfortable and she is so good at her craft. Her experience and communication skills are top notch. She truly wants to make her customer happy and more than satisfied. It is a tough situation when you realize your hearing isn't as it should be and you really need someone to walk you through the process who knows what is best and how to get you where you need to be. Sara at the front desk could not be more helpful and is always there with a positive attitude and smile. I moved out of state and I am so sad to have left their office. If you need help with hearing, this is the only place to go in my opinion. Tell them Susan sent you! :)
