I e-mailed Suburban Imports about a blue 2018 Mazda CX-5 sport with 20,000 miles they had for 18,998. They said it was available and ready for a test drive. I arrived 50 minutes later. They said the car was not available but they said a red 2018 CX-5 sport with 20,000 miles was available for 20,909. I said I would pay 18,998. They refused. That's bait and switch. The two vehicles were identical except for color. I liked the salesperson. The management is pretty shady though for these types of practices.
