I normally don't give reviews but this is so personal especially dealing with tax issues. Its been 2 years and I'm exactly where I started no where but out of a lot and I mean a lot of money that I did not have to give but sacrificed to get it paid.. I feel taken advantage of and sold on a company that doesn't have enough tax professionals to really do the job. I mean no Integrity!! I recently spoke with another reputable tax company and gave them the run down of my case that supposedly in April after 2 years finally going to the IRS only to find out that my situation doesn't even qualify for the program that was being presented to the IRS..I've been calling the person that I've been communicating with only to find the telephone number now is like a message center or something.. People just do your homework.. I think the company is operating in Atlanta GA now under another name Alliance but the same people..Now having to pay another company to really get proven results. I will be filling a suit to get my money back. I don't care how long it takes, if it takes 2 years I'm fighting..its been 2 years and nothing has been done so I can take another 2years to fight for my money back! Trust and believe I am a customer. I wouldn't take time to write a review let alone a long detail review if I wasn't a customer that experienced exactly what I mention. I would hate to put all details out for the public to review of personal information however; it that's the only way to prove I'm an actual client then I will. It's funny how a reply to a review was answered immediately but I could never get a call back or an answer the same day. The owner herself Thelma have taken my call and immediately forward me to someone else with no resolve. SMH
