Nice people, but way to crowded and barely comfortable.
Answer the phone! They don't answer the phone when you try to make a reservation and you can end up being left without a sit and you need to wait an hour or so for the next trip to Iasi. Improve the customer experience!
I loved the way it smells like trash and how gypsies look at you :)
