Amazing gym run by an outstanding owner and caring and knowledgeable coaches. Classes are well planned out with coaches providing feedback and corrections throughout. The members are incredibly welcoming and are quick to make you feel included. Everyone is striving to do their best and pushes you to be at that same level of intensity in each workout. If you're looking for a great environment and a change up from your machine based workouts to more functional movements and improve your running, Apex is the place to be!

Love this gym! Extremely welcoming environment, great atmosphere, super fun equipment and a great variety of classes too choose from. Awesome experience for kids and adults of all ages!
Dennis and the AM crew makes it easy to workout at 6am.. You become instantly a Apex family member.. No judgement!! Always a bunch of smiling people working hard to reach their goals. A fun place to workout!! Highly recommend Apex.
It's hard to really put into words how amazing Apex is, but I'll try. There's a sense of family, community, and encouragement as soon as you walk through the doors. The people (owners, trainers, and other members) push and motivate you to be better and stronger, WITHOUT that feeling of "I am not good enough". With that said, I'd also like to point out that this is a super fun place to workout! Every day there are new laughs and new smiles!
Just moved to Sudbury not long ago and I was searching for a gym with an awesome community! Lucky enough to have found the Apex family. Doing things I thought I’d never do! Love the push Highly suggest you give it a try!
Great trainers and great atmosphere. Classes are always challenging and never the same from week to week. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
