Just phoned for an appointment because I have developed a floater and light flashes. Have been told I can't get an appointment until December. I am one of their customers and would have thought this should be an emergency, obviously not. So I phoned Wardell Williams. What a difference of attitude. Lots of questions and an appointment 2 hours later same day.

I had no problems, the people who did my eye exam were friendly, explained all they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. I arrived on time and did not need to wait, They have a good selection of glasses.
Very small store. Certainly an interesting service. Did replace frames within day when unable repair broken screw however fitting service wasn't upto scratch really. So I am going back to my regular store (which was shut recently due to staff illness) to get them fitted properly.
Very poor service impossible to get an appointment. If you wear lens forget it they have one person qualified and he works one day a week!
Rather shop-like, didn’t feel like I could have time to discuss my requirements. Staff nice enough but seemed a little too busy and maybe disinterested. Didn’t even get to ask about varifocals
