I had a friend who bought a car there and it had a small problem that was resolved immediately, they even through in new tires for her! They are very professional friendly and incredibly easy to talk too. They are real people just like you and me who don't put on a fake "salesman" pitch! I highly recommend this dealership! They have always been great to me....I tell my friends and even strangers to go see the boys @ The Car Lot ETC....Won't shop anywhere else.
They refuse to do anything after they have your down payment! Bumper to bumper warrenty and they won't even mount the bumper properly! The safety is also bullshut! A truck that was manufactured with a spare tire needs on fir safety and I had to go back and tell them this! Then they gave me a jack for a Honda civic? How is that going to help me in a full sized truck?
