Have just ordered a delivery from these guys, good freindly service, will definately be using them again.
As an amateur, I went to Ridgeons to get wood to make a bookcase, entered the timber area, and was met with a great atmosphere, staff full of good humour, cracking jokes with customers ( while maintaining social distancing)...a breath of fresh air at this difficult time. Expert help in my choices of timber, an extremely helpful offer to cut it to size for me and help in carrying it to the car. I was given a ticket to take to the office area to pay, served by Rob, who was wearing a large badge announcing his birthday and surrounded by birthday 'stuff', he too, was in jovial mood and full of good humour.....what a great experience ! Helpful, humourous professionals !!! Highly recommended !!
