We had been utilizing Reliance for a number of years for our older furnace that we knew we would one day need to repair. Reliance has always been quick to respond and has provided us with excellent service. When we realized we needed to replace our furnace, it was an automatic call to Reliance. We made an online appointment late on a Wednesday evening, had an Advisor visit our home at noon the following day and by Friday we had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. The entire process took less than 48 hours to complete from initial time of call to full install. The technicians called to let us know when they were on their way, and worked in a very efficient manner. They completely cleaned their work area and respected our home while in it. They spoke to us throughout the process and advised us as to what they were doing. As we are currently dealing with the Covid pandemic, both the Sales Advisor and the Technicians were fully masked the entire time and respected social distancing protocols. Once everything was installed, the technician took the time to explain the features of our furnace and then walked us through our new Google Nest thermostat. He was very patient and explained each function very thoroughly. Later than evening we received a call from the Sales Advisor to ensure we were happy with the installation process. It was top-level service from start to finish and we could not be happier. We have trust in Reliance and know we will be well taken care of if we encounter any issues.

Dan and Alex, did a wonderful job installing my new furnace and AC unit! Job was clean they were very knowledgeable and helped me setup the thermostat to my phone! Jessy Landry was very helpful in getting the unit and setting up my contract for purchase as I did not wish to rent anymore! He was knowledgeable very professional and got it done pretty quick. Installation was supposed to be on March 19, installed 2 days earlier then expected and couldn’t be happier!!

They had to remove the old hot water tank and replace it with a new one. They went above and beyond to make sure this was done properly and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed along the way and was very down to earth kind and hard working. They were here for a few hours and not once was I frustrated or anything. They did what they had to and it was well worth it. Thanks again so very much

Great experience from beginning to end! Kris goes above and beyond to make sure customers are informed and happy with the service. Installation went without issue and the installers were very knowledgeable; answering all the questions we had. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
