Great service. Brought my car in for a turbo fix and the guys went beyond and found the problem and fixed it. I would suggest get your next service here. I just just not happy as I had to pay more than expected as the turbo was preety expemsive.

They refused to fix truck under warranty even though it was clearly a part under warranty and truck is only 6 months old. Made appointment at Crosstown chev which is willing to fix problem. Southside chev doesn't have the knowledge to work on new gmc vehicles. I would not trust them to fix any vehicle beyond basic problems. I know of serveral people who have had warranty work denied at Southside only to go to another dealer to get things fixed under warranty.

The Service department were completely rude, wouldn't even hear me out as to what was wrong with the truck. All I wanted was the codes read on the truck but they told me they couldn't help me as they were too busy, might I add this was at 8 am and their bay was empty except for one truck. I was stranded coming from Orillia with a horse trailer on! They couldn't take 10 minutes to help me. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I had an excellent experience at Southside Chevrolet. Not being familiar in this area of expertise and having this be my first car experience alone, I was very nervous. My salesman Ray was so great to work with and helped me throughout the entire process. When I first went in to test drive a vehicle he had several options ready for me. He informed me about different makes/models/features that helped me shorten my search. I ended up finding something that I loved during my test drive and Ray helped me with payment options that were suitable for me. He continued contact with me up until my car was picked up from the dealership, which put my mind at ease. Once I picked up my car, Marc and his team in service were introduced to me and gave me the details of how to access service for my new vehicle. They were very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. Marc went above and beyond by having my car waiting for me in the service bay (as the weather was not very good). I am very fortunate to have had such a positive experience and look forward to returning to Southside Chevrolet once my lease is up.
