I was so thoroughly impressed. This was only my second ever root canal and my first one was not a great experience. Natalie and her staff are amazing. I felt cared for, everything was fully explained and I just felt secure in her knowledge and expertise. The worst part of the experience was getting the needle (very back tooth). Even more amazing was the whole procedure was done in 55 mins! If I ever have to have another root canal I hope Natalie and her team will be doing it! Great job!

Never got to see the doctor, they require a credit card! I have Veterans benefits and my wife does too. They expect 1000's cash up front. Don't bother asking if you don't have a credit card or money up front. In these times asking a person to come up with that kind of money is just completely wrong. Like saying who cares if your tooth is going to fall out!
After almost a year of a problem root canal tooth that was redone twice by dentist, I was very nervous about going in and opening it back up again. the consult was very informative and Dr. Dugas explained several things it could be. My second visit was also great where she thoroughly cleaned and examined the tooth to make sure there was no crack or missed root. Because I had been dealing with this tooth issue for a while, she did an antibiotic paste and temp filling to make sure the tooth settled and there was no more pain. After 3 days, i was finally pain free (after almost a year of pain) I completed my last appt about a week ago and received a permanent filling. This time after only about a day and a half the tooth was healed and pain free from the work. I can finally chew on that side without any issue and it's almost like I never had any issue. Really great work and very thorough. Would absolutely recommend !
Dr. Dugas and her assistant were very thorough with the procedure, and made me feel so comfortable! I could of slept through my root canal! The office is very clean and well decorated! You dont even feel like youre in a dental house! Receptionist was very kind and welcoming! Thanks again ladies
The assistants and desk worker are wonderful and nice but the Orthodontist is a bully, made me feel so small. I wish she could improved her communication skills because i felt dehumanized in her. Also she pretty much said my dentist didn't know what she was doing. Bad business i don't recommend
