It's not often you can roll into a shop with a 22 year old, imported, 4wd van - and find anyone willing, let alone able, to fix it. These guys were willing to try regardless, and also kind enough to not take me to the cleaners for the headache. Thankfully, my repair was not extreme and didn't require any unique parts. Eternally grateful for the super friendly service, it was a long stressful winter drive across the country.

I recently made a new purchase with Phil - he was SUPER!
Phil and Paula were fantastic to work with. I would certainly recommend them. I have had my Eclipse Cross for a few weeks and so far am enjoying it. Thank you Phil for coming out in the rain to help me figure out what to buy.
Under no circumstances would I recommend the Mid North Mitsubishi service department. Initially I brought my outlander in because of the loud noise that it was making. When I left the dealership with an 800 bill for various repairs the car was still making the same noise. I scheduled a second appointment where the mechanic almost immediately diagnosed the problem as an issue with the bearing after driving the car for less than 500 metres. Clearly, they did not take for a road test the first time. I needed to schedule a third appointment (which could not be scheduled for two weeks) to have the bearing replaced. When I called to see how repairs were going I was informed that it would be 8-10 days before my car would be returned as they could not reassemble the car as they were waiting for a part. The service person suggested that I ask a friend to borrow a car for ten days (because we all have friends who would be happy to lend us a car for over a week). Naturally, when I called to speak to the service manager he/she was in a meeting. So I am now without a vehicle for 8-10 days! Any other dealership would have offered a rental or demo. This is not the first time that I have brought my car in for service only to have to return it because the initial problem was not actually resolved.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Outlander and am very happy with my decision to go with Mid-North! Phil from sales is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The detailers did a fantastic job on the vehicle to make it look brand new when i picked it up. i recommend this dealer and car brand.
