I had my taxes prepared by Lisa this afternoon. What a wonderful experience. Over the last few years I have done my own taxes thinking that I was getting the best value through one of the big name sites. Unfortunately this year I had some issues and felt a little overwhelmed. After many frustrating hours I decided I should go a different direction. I researched local tax preparation businesses and called Pro Books. They got me in very quickly and made short work of my issues. On top of that the numbers were much better than I was expecting. Lisa and Marisa were very helpful, even giving me some advice on my small side business. They scanned all of my documents and put them on this boss little thumb drive. Very positive experience overall.
