Spent years working in real estate. Paid almost 800 for survey to find out that this company does not include a boundary plat. Wanted me to pay 100-150 extra after work was completed to get a basic boundary plat that should have been included in the service regardless. Never had a survey company NOT automatically include such in survey service as providing such is part of the business based on my professional experience. Do not use this company; buyer beware.
