Sugar Factory was so fun! Had my birthday lunch there (3 women in our late 30s) and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. They’re known for their candy and large fishbowls of alcoholic beverages. Great for pictures! They sing if it’s your birthday and do a whole presentation with sparklers. It’s safe to say no one could finish the 100 ice cream bowl in the place but it looked amazing. We did the colorful pancakes instead which were great. Definitely recommends if you want to feel like a kid in a candy shop. Good for all ages! If you don’t like the sugar drinks, I recommend the bloody Mary’s.

Had this place on my “to do” list. Today was my boyfriends birthday. I made a reservation 2 days ago. I arrived and check in, was seated right at reservation time upstairs. My boyfriend was playing a poker game and planned to join me. Immediately, I was given two waters. It took my bf about 30 min to arrive but I hadn’t seen my waiter to order. I had intentions of ordering for him and having his food waiting but instead we waited at least another 20 min after he came to be waited on. Ordered food, alcoholic drinks and the complimentary birthday ice cream and song. Got our food about 30 min later, and it was very good. However, we still hadn’t received our drinks. My drink was a martini and it didn’t appear anything like the picture and long story short 30 min after that we cancelled the ice cream and birthday song because we were just simply tired of waiting. The waiter then asked if we wanted to go waters.... really cute place, food is delicious and it’s reasonably priced for Vegas but today the service wasn’t great at all.
We had Jamie for our server and she gave exceptional service. She was friendly and super attentive to our needs. We came to celebrate my friend’s birthday that she made extra special. We will most definitely be coming back and asking for her. She made our experience one to remember! Talk about a SWEET experience! Jamie is the best!
This is a must stop when in Las Vegas!!! Great restaurant to have a birthday celebration and to take gorgeous photos and have a great time!!! It’s not a typical restaurant, it has a night club vibe . Restaurant is amazing. Interior was decorated very well and clean. Customers were having fun which only added to experience. Menu is thick and large, mostly specializes in desserts and specialty cocktails, but we were here for lunch which had diverse choices...including breakfast. Our burger was excellent and meat was cooked perfectly. Brioche bun was buttery and delicious. Place has all the candy you can think of and a bar with specialty drinks. Patio weather was perfect, and even better for people watching as was like a parade or people. Amazing customer service experience. Keep up the good work!!!
Menu a little expensive for my taste. But good food from the menu. Desserts are great! Drink are a lot of drink- might need to be shareable. Good atmosphere. Clean! Long line if don't have reservations.
Overall experience was good. The food was good, the shakes was amazing. Great place to take the kids.
Exceptionally long wait time. Overworked server who didn't check back till we were done. If asked how you want your burger cooked, it should be served that way or don't ask. That's said, my surf and turf burger was outstanding. The shrimp were large and flavorful and the combination with bacon and onion rings was amazing. My husband's salad was also very tasty. Skinny fries are never my favorite, but they were done well, so needless to say most were gobbled up.
This place is creative as a place to go on the strip should be... People take notes... The best of the best have been here... I couldn't give it a 5 star... 4 3/4 stars... It was just way too loud for no reason.. and it was pretty hot. I can't bring kids here... I felt I brought my kids to Club sugar factory. Overall good place to go.. .no kids
