I was late for my appointment and they still accommodated me. I didn't just need an oil change but more and yet, I was done in 70 minutes (including diagnostics). The car wash & cleaning is awesome! Even my wheels, tires & interior was gleaming. Service was great & professional. Mr. Broderick Edwards was very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He made my visit seamless & pleasant while getting what I needed done. Will definitely come back.

While I was pleased with Andy in the service department, the length of time it took to complete what seemed to be a VERY minor repair to the frame of a car window was completely unacceptable. We were having an impossible time getting the service dept to get the parts. The parts finally came in but they were the wrong parts. And the labor cost of the minimal work being done was unbelievable. I’m thankful that we finally got the car back, and we’re hoping the insurance will ultimately pay for all of this, but I will take a pass on Sterling McCall Acura next time.
