I just bought my 5th truck from West Brothers Ford in Sullivan, MO and love the service I continue to receive. Darrell and Sonny both worked with me to find the exact truck I was looking for. The put me at ease buy making sure I understood all of the new features on the truck...I am not a tech guy. I was just overly impressed with the sales team and have continued to be impress with the service department. I have all of my routine maintenance done there. I would highly recommend West Brothers ford to someone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Buyer's beware! Let me encourage you NEVER to purchase a vehicle here. I swore years ago (after spending 200k over the years) to never buy here again, after their service manager said to me "Well, I guess we are going to have to bend over backwards to make you happy." Sadly, Ken was in a bind and needed a new truck and bought a 36k truck there in late July. 27 days later, the entire air conditioning system went out, and they refuse to pay for it. "You didn't buy the extended warranty," they claim. They also never changed the door code (after many requests), promised to replace a piece inside the truck, then said "That's after cost. We aren't paying." They completely screwed up the trailer wiring system, and we had to pay someone else to fix it. And they still want us to pay for that! They have had the truck for 2 WEEKS, and blocked it in so we couldn't take it. We simply asked to speak to the boss, whom they claim is out of town for a week. They are holding our truck hostage. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM WEST BROTHERS!!
The service department was quick and informative. The staff called me before they did anything to my vehicle. They let me know what they recommended being done and how much each service would cost. The team was professional and helpful, and I will definitely returning in the future.
I know that most reviews usually involve a complaint from a perfectly innocent person, but this a shout out to the great staff at West Brothers! Our growing family needed to get out of our not growing,cramped car. The staff at West Brothers helped us pick out the right fit vehicle for our family and our budget. We love the 05 GMC Envoy! The staff was very friendly and walked us through the features, and reintroduced us to the people that service our car on regular basis. The best experience came when 6 months later our vehicle broke down right before the holidays. (I Know best experience right)The staff at the service counter put me in a car, sent me on my way and said leave the rest to us! Repairs covered 100% by the Warranty Forever and ready by the New Year! Service after the sale is the most impressive part to me. Loved the experience!
Sales and finance teams are very low pressure, kind and very helpful. Very impressed with their customer service and service after purchase. EDIT: Not even a year after purchasing our vehicle, we've had to do over 3k in repairs...even with the "WARRANTY FOREVER" (BS) and purchasing an additional mechanical warranty, both of which have not covered jack squat. I even notified them of our dissatisfaction, only to never hear from them again. Will not EVER return our business to them; not for service, not for purchase, not even to tell them to shove it. Note-in the first review I left, when I said "service after purchase", I meant IMMEDIATELY after purchase, as in, when we got to the first stop sign away from the building and noticed the blinker was out--they did change the bulb.
