I had a great experience! We met with Dalton, who was a phenomenal help. He made the process so easy. He didn’t try to push us to get a vehicle, he helped us within our budget find a car that would best fit us. Dalton was on top with showing us the car facts. I drove a 2019 Chevy Equinox off the lot with a great monthly payment. I am thankful for the financial office for being honest and helpful. I can’t thank this dealership enough for making such a big purchase so easy.

We bought a brand new camper off of Sullivan auto. The water heater went out on warranty. We called and scheduled a repair. We were working out of town so our camper was completely disconnected from water and power. They came to do the repair. We never received any calls about how the repair went or anything. The campground called us saying that water was pouring from the front door of the camper and the whole yard was flooding. So the water had been running long enough it had overfilled the tanks and was now running out of the camper door. And the door was locked. So the camp ground shut off all water going to the camper to stop the flooding while I called Sullivan auto. It was a complete nightmare. They tried saying their technician asked our grandmother in her 60s to come back over and check it for him to make sure everything was ok. Again we never received any calls asking if this would be ok. The technician should have left the camper in the same condition he found it in. If the power and water were disconnected. He should have returned it to the same form. He should have never left the job without finishing the job. We fought with them for months before they finally repaired the water heater. That's correct the water heater he came to fix and flooded the brand new camper trying to fix still wasn't working! I would never in a lifetime recommend anyone to Sullivan Auto!
