After the recommendation of a neighbor, we requested the services of Sullivan Plumbing and Heating a few times since purchasing our home in Berwyn . The quality of their work on every visit has been excellent, reasonably priced, and they have always been very responsive to our requests for service. We have called them in the past and will again the the future. They have come out on a miserable December day to rod out our main drain to the sewer . On other occasions they have repaired and opened a line from a bathtub drain, replaced a blower motor in a wall furnace, and most recently replaced the thermostat of our main furnace. On every visit they were courteous, professional, reasonable, and prompt. As a home owner of an older home it is reassuring to know that we have such an excellent resource nearby. Thank you Sullivan Plumbing and Heating.

Our boiler stopped functioning at about midnight one night during the historic cold snap of January 2019 (-23 below). Sullivan came out at 9:00 AM, and by noon they had the boiler repaired. They were a bit pricey--600 to perform basic maintenance of cleaning out the carbon from the boiler--but they were worth every penny, as far as I'm concerned, since we were starting to see our breath about the time they arrived; their response was quick; their work professional and courteous.

I had an appointment set for my only day off in two weeks and they did a no call no show. WOW! How unprofessional. When I called in and spoke to a lady over the phone she said the contractor's were busy with a larger job. The lady over the phone kept saying she was just about to call me to let me know that they were not coming but she forgot. She kept saying how she was new. However, this is the second office she worked at for them. And somehow been at this office for a month. Hummm... new is a few days to a week in. Not a month or two in. You should have the hang of things by now. When I asked how much a certification would be she said she didn't know. Ok, that's fine but could you find out. What ever! Well my experience has been interesting even before I order any service. I don't want to know how service would be after seeing how they greet potential new customers. So long Sullivan's Plumbing your service is no longer needed.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! These people are scammers and very unprofessional. At the beginning of the year I called because my toilet was leaking at my office. Usually when a contractor comes in they diagnose the problem and quote you a price to fix, NOT THEM. They took all of 15 minutes to cut some bolts in the tank, replace the blots and put a new fill valve repair kit, they charged me 250!!!! I could have purchased a new toilet for that price. Literally they were in there no longer than 10-15 minutes and they charged me 16 per minute!!! They never quoted a price beforehand just fixed the toilet and handed me a bill, how unprofessional! I called to complain and the owner unsuccessfully tried to justify his workers lack of integrity. He said well the fill valve repair is \top notch\ so that upped the price! Ha, \top notch\ and it broke 6 months later! They are scammers and really should be ashamed of themselves. I literally took time out of my busy schedule to write this review because that's how much of a rip off I felt they were and I would hate to see them scam more people! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE.
