Well trained staff, good service, and good facilities in the middle of scenic paddy field. Sultan Abdul Halim Airport located in Alor Setar area. Correct Me If I'm Wrong, Thank you

Sultan Abdul Halim Airport meets easy-in, easy-out requirements of fans of small airports, but it is the staff that gets the most praise among airport experts and critics. Malay hospitality seems to go far here, which is a helpful issue at a small airport, where delays can sometimes be a fact of life

My little adventure. Once we're here and everything cool, less crowd, since the flight were longer more to depart.

The size of the airport is good, as for domestic flight purposes, the people around there are very nice, they will help you.

Boarding in KL was somewhat hectic with passengers rushing to queue to board the aircraft early, only then the steward/ess start calling by zone to enter. Different story when its nearing landing in SAH airport, the steward informed about/before 10mins to landing, that passengers are to remain seated and only to get off the plane by aisle/row of seats, cannot lineup along the aisle. All passengers were behaving and followed orders. Kudos to inbd staffs of AA flight 6012, to Alor Setar
