We got the course meal and it was so good. The Chanko was so flavorful and the veggies were fresh and delicious. The courses before the chanko were cooked perfectly and were seasoned with care. They also provided udon or ramen at the end to eat with your chanko broth. Highly recommend this place for your chanko experience.

Great nabe and very friendly service. They speak passing English and were quite surprised by Japanese-speaking foreigners though. Nabe is served in a pot for multiple eaters, refilled with ingredients and broth on demand. It's a great way to get to the heart of sumo culture and classical Japanese eating. The price is high even for nabe (not the cheapest of foods to start with), but the location and service do well to patch the difference. Multiple restaurants can be found in the multistorey building, and I've heard there's a difference between those so choose wisely!
