The ground is very muddy and very slippy in places due to high traffic footfall. The play area has been partially dismantled and there are quite a few places where people have not picked up their dog mess. Having said all that however the views are stunning and it is a nice walk

Great all weather path, free parking, woods, water and walks for your dog. No toilet facilities so need to keep it under a few hours. Not ideal if you have young children or fancy a cuppa, as visitors centre us closed due to covid

Been here loads of times. Great play area for children. Lots of different paths to explore. Sometimes does hunts for children to try and follow a map to find different things. Stables near by to see horses. Climbing boulders abit hard for younger children. Can easily spend a few hours here.

Fabulous place with plenty of benches to rest and have a snack or two!!

This park has so much potential, but is in desperate need of a little love (ie money) to replace old broken features and keep up others which are falling into disrepair. A beautiful bit of land and well worth a visit.
