I've moved around a couple of times throughout the last few years, and Joe Peters has helped immensely in keeping it a calm and relatively worry-free process. I always felt that I was free and encouraged to ask questions throughout the various stages if a question ever came to mind, and he was always there to provide assistance in a timely matter. The main thing that I loved about Joe's service is that it always felt personal, whereas most interactions I've had with other Realtors I always felt like I had to take what they were saying with a grain of salt because they may not have my best interests in mind. Professional real estate service for you! I had a lot of doubts on my first purchase, and they provide all the necessary data to make an informed decision. I didn’t have a need for their services for another 12 years, however I was in continuous contact (assessing markets, current needs, general info, etc). When my decision came, I had an option for lessor cost, however the rapport & expertise is something of a great value you can’t pass up. Highly recommend the use of their services!!
