Kevin was amazing. He assisted us with the purchase of our home in spring when we were out of the country. He helped make sense of all the various things we needed to do and ask for. His knowledge of the areas we were looking at was invaluable. Who else would know that a street or area would spend a good part of the day in the shade or might in the future be classified as a flood zone or where the best fishing is? He took us on tours in a timely manner and kept in touch with us not only during the sale but even after. Kevin negotiated the purchase of the home of our dreams. If your a buyer he is great but if your a seller watch out. My mom sold her place and ended up giving half of her furniture away. She is elderly and didn’t understand what was happening. Kevin did not explain or stand up for her. Its really too bad she lost half her furniture she worked so hard for. I would not recommend Kevin if selling.
