I highly recommend this company. It was quick and easy to book an appointment, we recieved a quote immediately, and communication was excellent . Our technician Dan was punctual, professional and went above and beyond. Our Moncton home is 40 years old and the previous owners had never had the dryer vent cleaned. We will sleep easy now that our dryer is more efficient and we no longer have the worries of a vent fire.

Book the appointment through email, very fast response. Received messages telling me who the technician was and when he would arrive. A few minutes before the appointment the technician message was on his way. The technician arrived and was very professional, he took the time to explain everything he was going to do to our heat pump. He was very tidy in his work and polite. I would highly recommend HydroKleen to anyone who has a heat pump. Beware what they show you might be an eye opener. We ask to be put on the list for annual cleaning.

Very impressed with how professional, thorough, knowledgeable and respectful Eric was. Also impressed with the office staff! Our machines smelled sweet, like they had just been newly installed, after Eric left. He also explained how we could remedy any other issues that may arise at a later time, such as topping up refrigerant, etc. Will use this service from now on!!

Friendly, Courteous and Respectful of COVID protocols, very clean and presentable technician, Eric, used shoe coverings upon entering home every time he stepped outside to his utility van, explains procedures to every aspect of the job/cleaning and upon leaving asked if I had any questions....upon calling to book the appointment, the personal administrative assistant, Deborah, is extremely friendly and will definitely call them again
