I visited two other flooring shops in Summerside to look at and get prices on carpet. I was told to go to home depot and not given a quote. I visited Town n Country, and was given a price and told exactly what I'd need. They were so nice and understanding. I purchased and installed a week later.

I completely disagree with Alex Maine’s review of this company. I renovated my bathroom and purchased all materials through town and country and had Kory do the install.. he was professional, timely and courteous! The staff at the store was easy to deal with and communication was superb. I am just getting ready to do my kitchen and I wouldn’t even consider shopping around.. if I can find a way to post some pictures I would because it’s just like it was taken out of a magazine ..

Warning: Do not hire this company. Not professional. Hired them to install flooring in my rental property. When I pointed out several damaged boards, the installer told me it was just paint. Then to my absolute disgust he hocked and spat on my floor to try and remove the marks. He did this several times. There was a tap just several feet from where he was. I have never been so disgusted. To make matters worse, the installer left garbage at the property (when my agreement said it would be removed) on top of a baseboard heater. When I returned to the property later that day, I opened the door to the smell of burning plastic. I found melted garbage bags full of off cuts of carpet and underlay which was singed. I truly believe if I had not returned, I may have not had a property to return too. The job itself was reasonable but they did not reattach the baseboards correctly. Under no circumstances should you hire this company. Very poor experience. Terrible customer service.
