(Summit Eyecare - Pancheri) I was in a world of hurt and these people took care of everything. I can't tell you how amazing this office is! Dr. Jared Birch is all about people, it's clear he cares about you, and makes sure you're okay. He knows his stuff, but is humble. A unique and marvelous group of people. This place really cares about people! If you need eyecare they are the only place. They know what they are doing and they want to make sure you are the healthiest you can be.

The receptionist so pleasant, helpful, and thorough. It was fun to watch her check and verify and then cross verify the contact order to ensure I was getting g exactly what was perscribed. They also answer the phone, yes a real person within a ring or two, who is really congenial and professional. The best service in Idaho Falls as compared to any service.

Every one of them takes their time with you, is very professional, and cares about you and your health. For anyone looking for a new optometrist, this is the place to go!
