Great, wonderful, customer service. Folks living here are happy and outgoing anxious to share their contentment. My mother is a new arrival and pleased with how she is being treated. I came to visit from out of state and was impressed with how I was received And treated. Both staff and residents were very accommodating. They also satisfied the need to be concerned about safety from the virus and provide proper protocols.

Summit Hills takes amazing care of my great grandmother, and is very considerate of her despite her lack of memory. If I lived in the Carolinas, I would love to put myself or parents here.

My mother , sister and I are extremely blessed with Summit Hills. Every staff member we have come in contact with has been helpful , kind , comforting and pleasant. The meals are good and. Immunity is beautiful. It is always spotless and my moms is always clean. It’s so nice to go to sleep and I know my mom is safe and well taken care of . I appreciate the salon they have because that is something my mom has always done weekly. Highly recommend Summit Hills for a retirement community.

I have lived at summit hills for 3 years and I am very happy . The community is very clean and a nature preserve. Safe walking, beautiful flowers birds and butterflies. Concierge is wonderful. They deliver things to my room, type what I need and very helpful. Staff care about us and do what they can to make me happy. Activities are great and plentiful. I highly recommend Summit hills to anyone who is looking for a community.

I live in the assisted living community at Summit Hills and could not be happier. I even had my old neighbor move in recently. The nurses are great and I love the care team. They do a great and really care about me and the other residents. The community is beautiful and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping my room clean. The food is fabulous and I enjoy each and every meal. The activities are so fun and they come up with different and fun things for everyone to participate in. The therapy department could not be any better. I love them all and they are personable and fun. I highly recommend Summit Hills for anyone who is looking for an assisted living community,
