Jack and the team at Summit Ski are amazing. I’ve always gotten my kids equipment here and make this shop my first stop for ski gear. Recently I needed to swap bindings and have them installed on new skis in a rush - they were able to take care of it without any trouble. They couldn’t have been nicer and I can say their customer service is always 5 stars. Highly highly highly recommend them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had my tennis racquet restrung here and I was surprised by the amount of questions I was asked regarding my play style and what do I want more out of my racquet. Excellent customer service, I'm definitely coming here again and I definitely recommend Summit Ski & Sport to anyone.

As a lifelong skier I depend on knowledgeable ski shops that take a personalized approach to their customers. My needs are unique and I appreciate a local downtown business that has expertise and caring people. Not easy to run a retail store these days. I dont like shopping in a mall or superstore, I want a dependable go to guy that listens to me and takes care of me. That’s Summit ski.

Service is hit and miss depending on who is serving you. One associate as well as the owner are very knowledgeable but another associate told me point blank that that he doesn’t ski at all...so he wasn’t helpful and didn’t seem to care or try to be helpful. But I am happy with the service I received from the owner and the knowledgeable associate.

This place is awesome. Staff is super nice and efficient. I forgot to return my borrowed skis in time and was late by several days. They were so chill, they even rebuked me for worrying and apologizing about being late, and they wouldn't charge me anything. My husband broke his hand one time and had to cancel a reservation last minute, they have him a full refund. I love this store
