Had a death in my family and couldn't come in or scheduled an appointment. Just got a letter saying they no longer wanted to help me. Also everytime I called they only wanted to do virtual appointments, well you can't diagnose a UTI over the phone. plus you got to wait 4 months to even get in. Don't waste your time.
