I called the front office this morning and I was extremely impressed by the customer service I’ve received by Lucy. I am a new patient and Lucy helped me every step of the way! She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for next week and I genuinely appreciate her for that. I highly recommend this facility. 5 ️ experience!

My husband and I were patients of Dr . Dhaliwal. My experienced with this Doctor and her staff was very frustrated, especially when my husband was diagnosed with Cancer.

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Dhaliwal for almost 5 years. Dr. Dhaliwal is a wonderful doctor. Her office staff on the other had is horrible!!! They are rude, act like they are being bothered to answer questions or make appoints. The hold time for calling in is ridiculously long, when the call is finally answered the staff again is rude. Phone calls are not returned until the end of the day and by that time the doctor or nurse have left for the day so your questions can not be answered!! If you leave a message you have wasted your time because the call won't be returned. I needed a refill, I actually spoke with a staff member and it still took 2 days to get the prescription called into the pharmacy, totally unacceptable (and that was after I left a message for the "after hours" doctor on-call). Any office that has this attitude or takes that long to respond does not need any additional patients, they can't even service the patients they have.

I've been to this office 4 times. Every time i wait at least 30 min. If I were to be 30 min late I'd have to reschedule. Plus 2 times in a row I was called back after someone else who came in and signed in after me. Wth! And I never feel comfortable here. When I brought my 12 year old ,to a family dr office, i was told to bring her to a different Dr office. They let me make the appt knowing I was bringing her in for a school physical and didn't bother to tell me they do not do those there til we came in for the appt. Then of course charged me even though they did nothing. This is the first review I've posted even though I've been unhappy with them a few times now because I was trying to give then the benefit of doubt site to the virus. I'm not happy. Maybe you'll have better luck. If they would have acknowledged being so late taking me least once that would have made me feel a little more understanding but nope they don't care about your time. 45 min wait today and then 10 min at most with Dr. Really. Do better guys, be more considerate of our time.

I am a patient of Dr. Nasreen, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her bedside manner is superb, as she listens attentively and looks me in the eyes while I speak, which is hard to come by these days. I am so glad I found this practice.

It’s unfortunate that I would have to give this office a one star. The Dr. is good and caring, the office is terrible, no compassion at all. They answer and put you on hold, then may pick up again or not. I have been on hold for more then 40 minutes. Not the way an office should be ran. The people are not even pleasant about it. If you want treated right don’t go here

I am a patient of Dr. Nasreen and I am so happy that I found her! She really listened to me and helped me. The wait time has never been more than 10 or 15 minutes. I really like this office!
