My mom took her cart here and paid 1200 to fix it. 6 weeks later it still wasn’t fixed. I tried repeatedly to call. They don’t answer the phone. No voicemail either. I had to take an afternoon off from work to drive to the shop, only to be told they wanted more money for more work. I stupidly paid it to get it done. Still no cart, despite a promise it would be delivered. I had to take more time off from work to go to the shop again to get the cart. I called the owners cell numbers that the neighbor kindly provided. No answer, no call back. No one there. We had to call the sheriff to get the cart released. Total nightmare! I wish I could post a picture with the sheriff there. I finally got the cart back and it wasn’t completely repaired.

When I first moved to sun City Center and about an old golf cart they were the only ones who would do what I wanted. They are very concerned about the customer and take good care of you. Matt and his staff are very conscientious.
I called as thought I needed new charger; however, was advised to bring cart and charger into shop so they can check it out and perhaps save me money. Charger was fine and they checked tires, alignment and batteries. Wonderful shop! Thank you!
Matt and the team at the golf shop are awesome! Had a cart down with a bad control wire, and with pick up and delivery the cost was still less than 200. The service was outstanding, and plainly the price was very fair. Even better, sent my second cart in and told them I thought my batteries were needing replacement - no said the service department (it was something much more minor). They could easily have sold me new batteries and I would not have been any wiser. Instead, the shop showed their integrity and now have a customer for life!
Matt, Chris, all of the people we have worked with at the Golf Cart Shop over the past 5 years have been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They gave us a good price when we bought our cart and were very helpful when it came time for us to sell our cart. We wish them all the very best in the future!

Matt, the owner, Robbie, the manager and the excellent staff are always available for repairs, maintenance, tires, battery checks, parts and supplies. They do it all at this shop and at reasonable prices. They have provided us excellent customer service and quality workmanship for years. We recently traded our old golf cart for the new ICON.
