Took to long to assign a q waiter to us got an order wrong and when it was sent back one of the waiter's complained. The food took forever to come and when it did there was still meals that did not arrive and we had to wait for half an hour then only when we complained did they give us the food

Coffee was good. Could do with one more waiter. It was a Sunday. Maybe that had something to do with it. Otherwise clean and well kept establishment

Had a wonderful experience at Mugg and Bean as a vegan. The waiter was extremely helpful and seemed to have good knowledge of what a vegan diet is. Thank you. The meal was generous and delish.
A great place with a great atmosphere. It's affordable and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend Mugg and Bean for meeting up with friends.

Terrible service. Easily the worst Mugg & Bean I have been to. We had to get menus ourselves. Managers walk around without paying attention to customers. Waiters did not serve us until we got up and asked them. They also did not have stock of a lot of items.
We couldn't order flapjacks because they were out of stock of the mixture. There were no freshly baked muffins. They had no stock of the mixture for the muggachinos. The manager just nodded his head when we brought the issues to his attention and the overall service is shocking. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.
