One of the worst nandos I have ever visited, the staff is unresponsive, they don't care what happens to you and ignore you while you talking to them. Extremely slow service with sub par food. Never again!!!!

Nando's Suncity has a very good view while we're sitting there and eating Inside their portions. This Nando's is very nice with delicious food, very quick service and very friendly staff. It is very clean from distance it looks very great. It is a really romantic place. You can enjoy your food with family and friends too. There's is kids Manue too which is a great place with kids.

I used to think the best nandos I've had was in the UAE, Not anymore. We had a 4 night stay in suncity and had nandos thrice during our stay and even stopped on our way out to pick up some pitas for home. All the food was hot, fresh flavourful and Fast. The staff are so friendly and take a lot of pride in their work. Well Done!! Nandos should really consider sending the staff from the menlyn nandos for training to the suncity branch.
Very poor customer service we literally had to clean our own table I'm so angry!!!!!!
The lady by the name of Esther in suncity is completely out of her duty lines, she's rude and would like to remind her that nandos doesn't belong to her.
