Worst Dr. Ever. Do not go to Dr. Jeffery Stern. He does not listen to you, runs hours late, just schefules tons of appts & procedures that you don't need & still doesn't fix your issue. I wasted 4 months trying to get kidney stones removed. Now he won't remove stent & I'm going to new Urologist & meeting with attorney. .

Very disappointed on my first visit with Katie Wall. When I made my appointment I asked if she did compound prescription, the staff even put me on hold to confirm that she did. Towards the end of my visit with Katie she was only going to give me the same drug that I am having many issues with and my levels are 4x higher than what they should be. I asked her about the compound prescription and she told me oh I do that. That was the only reason why I even made the appointment. I questioned why are you putting me on the same thing. Her answers were not solid and at that point she just wanted to rush me out. So now I spent a copy, time off work and 2 1/2 hours at their office for nothing but being lied to from the beginning.I called back to office and explained that they gave me incorrect info and she didn’t even know that they didn’t do compound prescription. No one there is on the same page. They just want to get you so they can charge your insurance and collect you copay. I don’t appreciate being lied to when you are supposed to be able to trust medical providers.

To begin with, to get an appointment meant waiting on the phone for a while. I tried twice, but each time I had other thing that needed done. Finally, on the third try, I waited, and waited, until I finally talked to someone. The initial appt. went as expected, and they recommended a biopsy. That appt. was supposed to be at 8:30 am. Nope. I had to wait an hour. 9:30 is when they finally called me back. No explanations. No \we had an emergency\ or \we had unexpected complications with a previous appt.\ My ride said that while he was waiting for me, two different people stormed out. One who had been there three hours.

I have tried Eight phone calls to get through to this office and they just put you in this awful musical hold. 30 minutes at a time. No one ever answers the phone. I was unable to change my prescription that was not working, then I was unable to cancel a future appointment. Their phone system is ridiculous!

Can I give less than one star? From the moment I entered this office, I felt like nothing more than a piece of meat. The prostate Biopsy? Appointment 8:30am. Time seen? 9:30am. My ride said that while I was being seen, two people stormed out because of the wait. Cancer was found, so I scheduled surgery. They demanded, because of my insurance, almost 1000 up front, calling it a deposit on the surgery. The surgery gets cancelled. Do I get my money back? No. Without warning me that it could happen, they applied it to my bill. No option to make arrangements. No, what they call a \deposit\ is not. Just another lie.
