First, I'm not really the type of person to do reviews. Second, I'm horrible at remembering people's names... Our experience was Perfect from start to finish! John gave a hassle free, no pressure shopping experience. The delivery process was very smooth and well organized. Harrison gave us a great orientation on our new Geo Pro and Thomas installed the hitch and sway bar and went over those and the battery connections, both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Lynn, the service adviser was AMAZING! We worked with him from start to finish and the customer service was just nothing short of amazing. Chad was great to talk to and is very proud of his crew there, and rightfully so! Thanks so much, Rod

We just bought our 4th camper from Sun & Fun. Have always had a great experience and been treated fairly. The service department is great too--always willing to answer questions and talk through problems even when we're out on the road. A great family business!

Went into Sun Fun RV to BUY a trailer. They apparently judge their customers when they walk in and talk them into going elsewhere. I wouldn’t buy from here if you had 4 Geo Pros in stock. You don’t deserve that 4.2 rating, and my guess is it won’t hold long. Also, you are not open for HASSLE FREE viewing. So don't bother with a esponse from the owner\ with your key words Bologna. You were pushing me out the door before I got 10 feet in. Didn't offer to let me look around. Told me to go to Cheyenne. Well, guess where I'm going. Good business model Sun Fun.

Ran into an incident with our exterior AC unit (that incident being a 10’6” awning) and Corey, their Service Advisor, gave us genuine attention and most importantly, piece of mind. Before he was even clocked in he checked out what was left of our AC, told us we shouldn’t have any problems making it back to Ohio, pointed out where to seal for potential rain, AND even offered one of his own personal traps to cover it. While we couldn’t get our RV in for a same-day fix (a near impossibility with everything backed up from the pandemic) we did get reassurance. Can’t recommend Sun n Fun RV enough. If we’re ever in the area again with any sort of RV unrest, we know where to go.

Driving cross country in a rented RV and our side view mirror shook loose. Stopped in and were quickly repaired by Corey. Super friendly and got us back on the road. Very grateful for Sun & Fun RV!
