If you have started the exciting process of looking for a pool installer, then you probably have a ton of questions and the desire to find a company with both an understanding for the large purchase and amazing follow through. Well, look no further! Sun Pools was an outstanding company from start to finish. From the first meeting, planning, picking out features, to starting the actual digging, I was blown away at their patients and fine craftsmanship. Both Jared and his father are complete gentlemen with A plus customer service. Not only that, their entire crew was top notch and made us all feel at ease and completely satisfied with our choice. Highly recommended!

Tim came out and quoted us a great price (at least we thought it was at first) on some repair/remodel work on an inground Vinyl pool. Now we're stuck with a 1400 pool light that never worked from the first day. They messed up the liner and there's severe wrinkles in it, due to the fact that they screwed up the steps that they installed. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. They don't return calls. A horrible company all around, Tim and his son are not worth your time. What a scam. Now I have to find someone to fix their work. They are not honest people, even though Tim appeared to be - learned our lesson.
