I have now had issues with my system for several months. Nobody at this firm seems competent to fix it. The customer service is non-existent. This has been a catalogue of disasters from missed appointments, to an inability to follow up on phone calls when messages have been left. There is rarely anyone available in the office to answer the phone, and on the occasion when they do, there is no system in place to deal with problems. They just get forgotten about. I had one visit from an engineer almost three weeks ago who took away my wall sensor and has never been seen or heard of since. Meanwhile, I have no system in operation. I can only use my boiler manually. I don't know what is happening and I can't find out. If you want a solar installation, my advice would be to look elsewhere.

Thoroughly recommend, quick and hassle free installation by professional and polite staff. Explained everything clearly without patronising and did what they said they would when they said they would. Fantastic customer service and after sales support, an all too rare thing these days.
