Impressed from the first phone call. Living on my own well in Las Cruces with extremely hard water. Jim came out and did some tests as well as listening to the problems/concerns. He broke down everything from test results to best options for my needs. Wyatt, the technician on the job, was very professional, on time, and thorough with his work. From the top to the bottom I am very impressed with these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Sun-Tech Services installed my new water softener system. They service it every six months. They are very professional, friendly and neat. The products they offer and install are top quality. This week I had a reverse osmosis faucet installed. They came quickly, because I told them that I was experiencing a very slow leak with my old faucet. The installation was done so well, and Josh, who did the installation, checked and tightened everything under the sink! Also, he called for a different faucet style than the one that was sent when he saw the style of my main faucet. I couldn't be happier with the products, installs and service I have received from Sun-Tech.

I bought a house that had a 2 year water softener and noticed it was draining all the time. This unit was installed by Sun Tech so I called them out for maintenance. The technicians recommendation was to repurchase the same unit and have them install it (how convenient for them.) I asked him to find parts for rebuilding the unit and he said he would return to the shop and get back with me on pricing. Sun Tech never called back or followed up with me again. I refuse to chase companies that treat customers like tools. I will not be using them for my next water softener.
